In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the gg288 website accessible at https://gg288.lat, including all subpages, services, features, and gaming products offered therein.
• "Player Account" or "Account" means the registered account created by a natural person for the purpose of accessing gg288 services.

• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, including as an agent, proxy, or nominee for another individual.
• You must not have had a previous gg288 account closed due to a violation of these Terms.

To access gg288 services, you must register a Player Account by completing the registration form accurately and in full. By submitting a registration, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national ID number (NIK), address, and contact details — is truthful, accurate, and current.
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change.
• You will not share your login credentials with any third party and will take all reasonable steps to keep your username and password secure.
• You understand that each individual may hold only one (1) active Player Account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of the purpose for which they were created.

gg288 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee ongoing access to the Platform, which remains conditional on continued compliance with these Terms.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Player Account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify gg288 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

gg288 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal may be processed and may also be triggered at gg288's discretion for deposit activity, bonus claims, or account security reviews.

To complete KYC verification, Players must submit the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National ID Card (KTP), or valid Indonesian passport.
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last 90 days, showing your full legal name and current residential address.
• Payment method verification: Evidence that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your own legal name (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, or GoPay account showing your name and account number).

All deposits to your gg288 Player Account are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). gg288 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Indonesian Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• Electronic Wallets (E-Wallets): OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposits are generally reflected in your Player Account Balance in real time or within a maximum of five (5) minutes. If a deposit does not appear within that window, you must contact gg288 support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• gg288 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer fees for which gg288 accepts no responsibility.
• gg288 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction, which are displayed on the deposit page at the time of the transaction.
• Deposit amounts that cannot be matched to a valid Player Account within 48 hours will be returned to the originating payment account.
• gg288 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider's internal processing times, particularly during Indonesian public holidays or system maintenance windows.

gg288 processes withdrawal requests on a 24/7 basis with a target processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for KYC-verified accounts. Withdrawal requests submitted from unverified accounts will be held pending completion of KYC.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name and matching the payment method used for deposits where technically possible.
• Only real-money Balance (i.e., funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements) is eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Balance may not be withdrawn directly.
• gg288 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks for withdrawal requests above threshold amounts at its sole discretion. Such checks may extend processing time beyond the standard 15-minute target.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined where gg288 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, gg288 will notify the Player and provide an opportunity to respond.
• gg288 does not apply a withdrawal fee, but players are advised to check their bank or e-wallet provider's incoming transfer policies.

gg288 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are governed by these general Terms as well as any specific promotion terms published at the time each bonus is offered. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

The following general bonus terms apply across all gg288 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• All bonuses have a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per individual, per household address, per device, and per IP address.
• gg288 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player Account will continue to be governed by the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses credited to a Player Account will expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including but not limited to coordinated wagering strategies, use of multiple accounts, or abuse of deposit/withdrawal cycles to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds and account closure.
• gg288 expressly prohibits the use of bonus funds in combination with guaranteed-profit betting strategies, including arbitrage betting (arbing) and matched betting where such activity is directed at exploiting the bonus system rather than genuine recreational play.

All gaming activity on the gg288 Platform is subject to the rules specific to each game or betting market, which are displayed within the relevant game interface or sports betting market. In addition, the following general gameplay rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. gg288 will not reverse or cancel a confirmed bet except where a clear technical error has occurred on the Platform's side.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, gg288's server logs constitute the authoritative record of the game state at the time of interruption. Rounds in progress at the time of a disconnection will be completed according to the game engine's records.
• gg288 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, data feed error, or software malfunction has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the bet amount will be returned to the Player's Balance.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended without notice at any time at gg288's discretion, including during match incidents, video reviews, or data feed interruptions. Bets placed before a suspension are valid; bets attempted during a suspension will not be accepted.
• All slot and table game outcomes are generated by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Game results are not influenced by previous outcomes, account history, or any human intervention.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gg288 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Registering more than one Player Account, whether under your own name or under a different name, to circumvent restrictions or gain unfair advantages.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, crawler, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in ways not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in peer-to-peer formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any Player who discovers a bug or vulnerability must report it to gg288 support immediately and must not exploit it for personal gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other criminal financial activity through the Platform.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or e-wallet provider without first attempting to resolve the matter through gg288's official support channels. Initiating unjustified chargebacks constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to mask your true geographic location or identity for the purpose of circumventing eligibility requirements.

Where gg288's liability cannot be excluded by law, gg288's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
